          中新网马尼拉7月3日电  菲律宾国库署3日公布数据显示，菲律府债截至5月底，宾政菲政府债务总额从4月底的近万16.75万亿比索攀升至16.92万亿比索，创历史新高。亿比
          从债务结构来看，索创国内债务升至11.78万亿比索，历史环比增长1.64%，新高占总债务的菲律府债近七成。该增长主要受到国内证券净发行增加的宾政推动。
